The Hotel accepts maximum 1 small pet per room (max 10 kg).
The hotel will charge € 30,00 service fee per day per room.
Pet is not allowed in any food service area (bar – restaurant) and in any wellness area, including outdoor pool. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
Pet must be kept on a leash on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room.
Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
There are dog’s areas near the hotel parking.
To protect the centenary park, pet is not allowed to stroll in.
Pet may be left unattended in the hotel room; please leave on the door handle the “do not disturb” sign.
If your pet is disturbing other guests/staff or causing damage, then it cannot be left alone and must remain in your control.
Housekeeping may not serve rooms with unattended pets; please call Reception at n. 9 to schedule a convenient time for the service.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or reservation to any Guest who does not comply with the pet policy of the Grand Hotel Billia.
Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel and the staff from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages
Grand Hôtel Billia offers a laundry and ironing service, as well as dry cleaning of clothing.
The housekeeping will take care of the most urgent demands.
The hotel parking is available, uncovered and unattended.
At your arrival the staff will be pleased to park your car.
